Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Heath, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Licking Park District is soliciting the submission of Statements of Qualifications from professional firms to provide planning, engineering, landscape architecture, architectural design (plans and specifications), permitting, bidding assistance, and construction administration and oversight for a kayak/canoe launch at Staddens Landing (11059 Staddens Bridge Rd., Newark, OH 43055). The intent of this RFQ is to facilitate the creation of a short-list of firms which would be invited to submit an official Requests for Proposal. Submitted Statements of Qualifications are not subject to public inspection until after the submission deadline. Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated and firms may be contacted for interviews to be conducted by phone or in-person or for the submission of additional information. The Licking Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Statements of Qualifications based upon the criteria and requirements set forth herein.
