The City of Gardner is seeking quotations from qualified contractors for the repair of damaged areas and the renovations of other areas at the Gardner Airport Building (located at 499 Airport Road, Gardner, MA), including items described below; and including all labor, materials and equipment necessary to satisfy the requirements of this solicitation. Thework includes the following:
Replacement of the walls and floor to match those existing
Retain 4 2.5 x 2.5 window panes
Remove the 3 step up to into the room so it is flush with the adjacent floor
Continue vinyl tile into the new room
Paint back room
Remove interior door and sheet rock wall
Install 2 new exterior doors (doors supplied by the City)
o One door is replacing a 32 door with a new 36 door
o Cut to enlarge the room opening
Remove counter from back room and move into front roomwith updated paingRove old counter and sink in back room leaving water heater and piping
Installing vinyl floor in back room (flooring supplied by the City)
All work shall comply to Massachusetts Code, City of Gardner requirements, and EPAstandardsandregulations regarding the safe and appropriate removal of material containing asbestos material A.L.M. Contractor shall be responsible for appropriate scheduling, inspections, permits and reporting inconnection with this project. Storage and disposal of all materials shall be the responsibility of the Contractor
