**As of November 6, 2023, the Project was awarded to but amount was not disclosed.** Reference Number 0000327771 Deadline 08/27/2023 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Project Purpose: Within the 2023 Fiscal year ending December 31st, replace one of the two roof top units on the library, which supply VAV systems, as both have come to their end of life. We have a set budget to replace one of the units in 2023. Which one we replace will be determined from each quote and the predetermined budget in relation to the two bids each supplier submits, a bid for the larger RTU-1 and a second submission for the smaller unit, RTU-2.
