Include flashing repairs and scuppers repairs/replacements around eves and all Rooftop Equipment, etc. Shingle roofing on parapets has been recently done due to hail damage. Inspect and repair as needed but should be minimal due to the recent repairs Service Provider shall perform the following Services: 1. Develop a plan and schedule w/ CoL Facilities Maintenance to replace roofing in a way that ensures a low impact to daily operations. 2. Remove and discard all materials daily while maintaining dust and debris within the work area, limiting infiltration into other areas through proper containment. 3. Includes repair/replacement of any damaged underlayment, felt, roof vents, etc., as needed. 4. All replacement items should be of the same or better quality and subject to the Facilities Manager's discretion if an exact like for like item cannot be located. 5. Establish and maintain a safe work site to prevent traffic & pedestrians from entering the work area during all work times, days, and phases. 6. Service provider will supply all their own equipment, supplies, and personnel to accomplish the outlined repairs. 7.
