Reference Number 0000321914 Remove & Replace the (3) existing instantaneous water heaters and replace with (2) new tank type water heaters, leaving space for a future 3rd water heater. Include re-piping the existing plumbing to allow for the new connections, and isolation valves, as well as the inspection and possible replacement of the existing thermostatic mixing valve going to the sinks as well as the addition for the separately fed locker room showers (see specific design details below in the "Appendix" section).
