Final addendum and answers to all questions will be issued/posted on Friday August 4th, 2023 The contracted work to be performed consist of furnishing all required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to, perform the site demo, to replace existing turf, landscaped beds, irrigation system for xeric plants, and site amenities adjacent to existing easements. S. Boulder Rd - Medians Xeriscape Conversion amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the Contract, if awarded, in conformity with the bid form. The bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall be required to furnish both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond acceptable to the City of Lafayette for 100% of the Contract Price for each bond, in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents.
