Renovation of a library in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Stage II to the prequalified firms only. This Request for Tender ("RFT") is an invitation by Toronto Public Library ("the Library") to pre-qualified general contractors, from 212-23-TPL-RFSQ PREQUALIFICATION of General Contractors for TORONTO REFERENCE LIBRARY BUILDING ENVELOPE RE-GLAZING, to submit bids for the provision of TRL Building Envelope Construction. Toronto Reference Library (TRL) is located at 789 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON., M4W 2G8. Removal and replacement of sloped glazing, curtainwall, punched windows. Also includes masonry repairs, replacement of building envelope sealants, new access ladders, roof anchors and roof guardrails.
