Land development for future educational buildings. TIMELINE: A Request For Qualifications from Architects for a 3-year term with the option to extend for 1 year has been awarded. The Toronto Lands Corporation (TLC) requested submissions for Professional Services in different areas of expertise related to land use planning matters. The intent is to pre-qualify firms to take part in their project roster list, and provide services on a project-by-project basis, as a supplement and complement to the Toronto District School Board internal land use planning team.
