Project Description: This package is additional scope for an existing seismic upgrade of an existing 3-story building occupied by Bend La Pine Schools. Work will be performed at the building located at 520 NW Wall St., Bend, OR 97703. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: selective demolition**, metal studs, insulation, drywall, painting, plumbing, excavation, drywells, and landscape repair. Work within the building must be substantially complete by 11/16/23. Exterior work related to piping and drywells must be complete by 1/5/24.
