The Work related to the Bear Valley Bridge Rehabilitation Project comprises rehabilitation of the existing concrete deck bridge and steel substructure, stabilization of the surrounding area, workmanship and all appurtenances for a complete job. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to Hegins Township, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly obtain the required Bonds and Insurance, prepare the required submittal documents and execute the Agreement. All Bids shall remain irrevocable for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of Bid opening.
