The Schuylkill Conservation District (SCD) is requesting bids for the construction of the Deep Creek, Barnes Property, Streambank Stabilization Project funded through an Environmental Stewardship and Watershed Protection (Growing Greener) Grant. Bids will be accepted for the construction of streambank stabilization and habitat improvement structures along Deep Creek in Hegins Township near Hegins, Schuylkill County, PA. Bids will be accepted for the installation of 92 streambank stabilization structures along approximately 1,300 linear feet of Deep Creek. The number of and size of structures are subject to change related to field conditions, time and funding availability. Installation of all structures must be completed June 12, 2023, through June 16, 2023. Project is located at the Forest Drive Bridge over Deep Creek, Hegins, PA 17938 at Latitude: 40.65648, Longitude: -76.52063
