St-Bernardin ON K0B 1N0 Built in 1977, Seniors Hall addition in 1980 Approximately 9,500 sq feet. One level combustible wood stick frame with tin roof, cinder block foundation, crawl space with sand floor. The following is a general but not necessarily complete description of the works to be constructed under this RFQ: - Temporary shoring and removal of twenty-one (21) 3" steel jackposts in the crawlspace - Installation of twenty-one (21) new structural posts on existing concrete piers - Remove existing crawlspace windows and install new crawlspace windows - Wood sill plate repairs at east wall (PROVISIONAL) - Wood floor joist and sheathing repairs (PROVISIONAL) Documents can be obtained at: https://nationmun.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Mon Sep 4, 2023 12:00 PM (EDT)
