Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Milton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Conservation Halton is interested in contracting for the following works; Supply and installation of a nature-based playground at Kelso Park Area 8. Scope of site preparation work includes: topsoil stripping and stockpiling for reuse on site, subsoil stripping and stockpiling as required, for reuse on site, rough grading and subgrade preparations, aggregate materials importation and placement as required to support finishing materials. Finishing materials include supply and install of: fibar engineered wood mulch safety surfacing to CSA playground standards, limestone screening pathways, CIP concrete curbs, limestone armourstone, split rail fencing, shed structure, various site furnishings, tree plantings, fine grading with topsoil placement and sod/meadow/grass seeding. Placement of large limestone boulders, sourced from within the Area 8 site, and supply/install of natural playground features including, small round boulders, sanded wood tree/post type components, large sanded/modified tree climbing feature, rope net climbing feature.
