Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 210,600-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade parking garage; for site work for a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
Construction of a new Municipal complex of the City that will house a municipal garages, technical repair shops, office space and other administrative premises. The new building will house offices of: - Public works department; - Supply department; - Town planning department; - Infrastructure and water management department; - Information Technology department. TIMELINE: The project is preliminary. Preliminary studies and concept establishment are underway. The owner has awarded the firm Solmatech to provide environmental characterization studies of the proposed site and issued, under the number SA-9-APP-24-P, a Request for expression of interest for participation in the project development. According to the owner's current three-year capital expenditure plan 2025-2027 the 2nd phase of the project development including design and and tendering process is not anticipated before 2027.
