Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of approximately 2,100 linear feet of 12-inch (12") water distribution main including three (3) fire hydrants using trenchless construction methods. The project is located along Kuykendahl Road and Spring Cypress Road in Bridgestone Municipal Utility District. The project is in the City of Houston Extraterritorial Jurisdiction in Harris County (Key Map 291-W & 330-A). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open. In ample time to permit consideration before reply, submit questions about bidding instruments to the Engineer. All questions shall be submitted electronically through the question-and -answer section. Questions will not be considered or answered after 10:00 a.m., three (3) calendar days prior to bidding.
