DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR UNITS OF WORK: Crack-Sealing (PCI Group < 70) (103,006 Sq.Yds.) Crack-Sealing (PCI Group 70-74) (66,278 Sq.Yds.) Crack-Sealing (PCI Group 75-79) (143,555 Sq.Yds.) Crack-Sealing (PCI Group 80-84) (92,330 Sq.Yds.) Crack-Sealing (PCI Group 85-99) (44,443 Sq.Yds.) Crack-Sealing (PCI Group > 89) (1,674 Sq.Yds.) All bids must be accompanied by a cashier's check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the 2:00 closing date. All persons seeking to enter into a contract with the City shall submit an acceptable affirmative action program in accordance with Section 86-133 of the Code of the City of Topeka, Kansas.
