A. It shall be deemed that any Contractor accepting work covered by these specifications is familiar with the kind of work he undertakes, has carefully examined all the contract documents and has been informed fully as to the location of the improvements and the conditions under which the work is to be done, and the quality of the workmanship required. B. Any items not covered in the General Specifications, such as: AB-3 Subgrade, Storm Sewer Piping, etc, shall conform to the most recent addition of the Standard Specifications for State Road and Bridge Construction, Kansas Department of Transportation, which are made a part hereof by reference. Value: $500,000 to $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Description: NOTE: All contractors bidding as the prime bidder on this project must be pre-qualified with Office of Facilities and Property Management to bid this project.
