Catch basin and storm sewer replacement project. A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project. Bidding Documents may be examined at the offices of MRB Group (The Culver Road Armory, 145 Culver Road, Suite 160, Rochester, N.Y. 14620), and the Village of Perry (46 N. Main Street, Perry, New York 14530), on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM. Bidding Documents will not be available from MRB Group or the Owner. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract. Minority and Womens Business Enterprises and Section 3 eligible firms are encouraged to apply. This project is funded under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, as administered by the NYS Office of Community Renewal and is subject to the provisions of Section 3 of the HUD Act of 1968, as amended and other CDBG Program Regulations. Prospective bidders should review the CDBG requirements included in the Contract Documents. The Village of Perry, Wyoming County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder.
