A firm timeline for start of construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Henderson, Nevada, is soliciting responses from qualified design-build teams to complete a citywide design-build project for the planning, management, design, construction and full deployment of an LED Streetlight Conversion Project. This project involves converting the City's existing 30,000+ streetlights to LED. The types of streetlights include intersection, arterial roadways, collector roadway, and residential roadway fixtures. The Project shall address the City's different street sizes and account for the different distribution and illumination necessitated by street width. Once approved, the fixtures in the City Standards will be updated. The City currently has $5,000,000 available for this project and is seeking a financed purchase and installation solution.
