This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by Sheridan College ("Sheridan") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Housekeeping (Custodial)Services. Questions Due Date: Sep 18th 2023, 11:00 AM EDT The Proponent shall secure a performance bond with a surety company. The amount of the bond shall be no less than the amount of one-year compensation. Services to commence mid December 2023 The term of the contract is to be for a period of 5 (five) years , with an option in favour of Sheridan to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) years, which can be renewed two (2) times .
