The facility was built in 1979. Some of the mechanical equipment serving the facility is original and has exceeded its useful life expectancy. It is recommended to replace outdated equipment to avoid interruption(s) of service and increased costs for emergency repairs due to the risk of failure of aged equipment. The objective of the bid call is to invite contractors to bid on the project to perform the work as specified in specifications and drawings for Terry Miller Recreation Center, 1295 Williams Parkway East, Brampton.
