The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the JFHQ Modular Furniture Removal and Disposal located at Joint Force Headquarters, 9800 Goethe Road, Sacramento, California. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all services to manage and execute the removal and disposal of all items from the JFHQ location. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the job walk, attend the entire job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the job walk. Bidders who do not remain for the entire job walk will be considered non-responsive and will not be allowed to bid on this project. The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor License or D-34 Prefabricated Equipment Contractor and C-10 Electrical Contractor or subcontract to a one. To be considered a responsive bidder all prime contractors with the exception of a certified Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) must subcontract work to DVBEs a minimum of 5% to meet the DVBE participation goal The Project Manager (PM) for this project is Mr. Rhodewalt, Ryan, at Ryan.Rhodewalt@cmd.ca.gov or the Assistant PM Ms. Stephens, Catherine at Catherine.Stephens@cmd.ca.gov.
