Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Washington, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The City of Washington is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified Contractors. Project consists of installing a new spray applied foam roof system on the City Auditorium Building. The bid proposal must include all labor, equipment, and materials needed to complete the project in accordance with the scoping drawings and specifications. Direct all questions to the Owner's Representative. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashiers check or certified check in the amount of 5% of bid is required as part of the proposal. Successful contractor will be required to furnish a 100% performance and payment bond. Contractor and all subcontractors will be required to pay all workmen minimum prevailing wage per Annual Wage Order No. 30 Franklin County. The Owner's Representative is Eagan Building Group. 207 East Fifth Street, Washington, MO (phone number 636-390-3220). The City of Washington reserves the right to accept the lowest and/or best bid, reject any and/or all bids, and reserves the right to re-advertise. Should a bidder find discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omissions from the Bidding Documents, or should he/she be in doubt as to their meaning, he/she shall immediately notify the Owner's Representative in writing.
