Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; for the construction of a 340,000-square-foot, 26-story above grade, 274-unit multi-residential development; one-story below grade parking garage; and one-story above grade retail development.

Construction of a 26-storey mixed-use residential building, located on Block 2 of the Regent Park Phase 4 lands. The development will offer approximately 274 TCHC units, generous community spaces, and a rooftop farm. The building will offer a 10-storey podium and one level of below grade parking. TIMELINE: Following a Qualifications-Based Selection process the owner has awarded the architectural team of architectsAlliance and Danish firm Cobe Architects to complete designs. The detailed design is underway. The scope of work is being finalized. Further design, tender and construction timing is undetermined. *The project is being designed in joint venture with Cobe Architects Pakhus +45 3254 4300 54 Orientkaj 4, st. 2150 Nordhavn Denmark.
