The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates the need for a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled UST Replacement, at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Florence, located in Florence, Colorado. FCC Florence is a federally owned facility located at 5880 State Highway 67 South, Florence, CO 81226. The project consists of the following: Replace underground storage tank with above ground storage tank. See the Project Manual attachment for the complete requirements for the project. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 237120 (Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction) with a corresponding small business size standard of $45 million.
