Title: Modify Generators and Wiring UN660 Contract Completion Date: 360 days after award Estimated Cost Range: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Wage Determination: General Decision Number: NC20230038 04/21/2023 Liquidated Damages: $880 per Calendar Day Notes: One person may fill the roles of Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety and Health Officer, if duly qualified for all three positions as defined in the project specification. Special Scheduling: Due to operations at Building 891, an outage lasting over 4 hours shall not be permitted. All shutdown work must be completed between 1000 and 1400 hours Monday, Friday. Weekend shutdown work is not allowed. The exact time of shutdown must be coordinated with the building tenant and Contracting Officer. Basis for Award: Lowest Price This project is a straddle project. It may be awarded in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2023 or the first quarter of fiscal year 2024. Proposal Acceptance Period: 90 days from receipt of offers Site Visit: TBD on amendment to follow. Bond Requirements: Bid bonds are required in accordance with FAR 53.301-24. An electronic copy of your bid bond may be submitted with your proposal. Failure to submit a bid bond by the deadline will result in your proposal being removed from consideration. Payment and/or performance bond(s) will be requested at the time of award per the current process. o No bonds are required for proposals less than $40K. o Proposals valued at $40K and greater will require a payment bond only. o Proposals valued at $150K and greater will require a bid bond, a payment bond, and a performance bond.
