Renovation of an educational facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction/repair and/or installation Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, or certified credit union share draft in a separate envelope in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. See Division 00 Section "Instructions to Bidders" for additional information and full description of bid bond requirements and process. The Board of Directors may make the award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting specifications. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract or contracts as shall be deemed in the best interests of the Des Moines Independent Community School District. Work under the proposed contract shall be commenced immediately after the award of the contract and shall be completed and ready for operation not later than 180 calendar days after the notice to proceed Construction Start: September 20, 2023 Final Completion: January 26, 2024
