The project is along Scott Avenue between SE 30th Street and Four Mile Creek bridge. The work includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the improvements. The project includes pavement removal, excavation, grading, 165 linear feet of CMP culverts, 580 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 2489 SY of concrete sidewalk, 500 SY of concrete driveway, 118 CY of combination concrete sidewalk and retaining wall, traffic control, surface restoration, erosion control, and other miscellaneous work.
