At this time, the bid has been canceled. I’m not sure when this project will go back out for bidding, but it will be re-advertised at that time. The Project consists of grading the subgrade, construction of an Aggregate Base (10" in depth), grading the roadside ditches, installation of storm sewers and inlets, installation of a 36" pipe culvert and riprap in the drainage ditch, re-grading the drainage ditch, seeding and all other items as shown in the contract documents. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Upon Issuing Ofice's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Ofice will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
