Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Concord, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Both performance and payment bonds for the full amount of this Contract are required to be attached. Instead of bonds, you may submit a deposit of money, certified check or government securities for the full amount of the Contract. The performance bond shall have a value equal to 100% of this Contract. This bond shall be conditioned upon faithful performance of the Contract in accordance with the plans, specifications and conditions of the Contract. The performance bond shall be solely for the protection of the City. The Contractor shall provide specified work to perform required removal of existing concrete, and other materials and perform necessary grading, tie-in, and installation of new roadbed, asphalt, curbing, storm structure adjustments and all other necessary tasks to meet a roadway section specified by the Director or appointed designee. The Quote Form must be filled out and submitted in the bound documents. All quotes will remain subject to acceptance for the number of days set forth in the Quote Form. The City of Concord reserves the right to reject any or all quotes.
