Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Concord, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of the installation and paving of four new pickleball courts at Les Myers Park for the purpose of providing public recreation opportunities to the City of Concord. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids, and will award to lowest responsible Bidder taking into consideration quality, performance, and time specified in Bid Form for performance of Work. Owner also reserves the right to waive informalities. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 5% of the net price bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract. All Subcontractors shall be a licensed utility contractor in the State of North Carolina.
