Site work for a water / sewer project in St Stephen, New Brunswick. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Regrade existing yard for St. Stephen Operations Centre to maintain positive drainage. All granular and asphalt materials to reinstate areas of work to be supplied and installed at required compaction levels, as per RFQ document and drawings. Supply and install of new catch basin, storm manhole, pipe and diffuser channel as indicated on drawings including all fittings and accessories. Removal and disposal of fencing and trees as noted, supply and install new chain-link fencing as indicated on drawings. Contractor responsible to maintain erosion and sediment controls and restore all damaged or disturbed areas to match existing or proposed conditions, including but not limited to grass surfaces and fencing. Tender Cancelled. No Bids received. Retender in Spring 2024
