Reference Number 0000328024 The City of Littleton Public Works Facilities Division is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive and strategic Facilities Master Plan. The purpose of this master plan is to provide a long-term framework for a more sustainable, both financially and environmentally, system that better serves the community. The facilities team oversees a portfolio of 31 structures, comprising roughly 300,000 square feet and supporting a city staff of approximately 375 employees. Questions regarding this request for proposal must be submitted in writing, via e-mail, to Adrienne Burton, aburton@littletongov.org. All questions must be received by 5:00 PM MDT on August 25, 2023.
