Renovation of a swimming pool in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
This project is directed at necessary renovations of the public pool facility at Roosevelt Pool in Smith Park. Improvements include but may not be limited to: Demolition and replacement of the existing pool gutter system, installation of a new PVC liner, investigation of existing fill and return lines, replacement of existing concrete decking, cosmetic improvements to bath house and restrooms. Bathhouse improvements include but may not be limited to: re-painting floors and walls, replacement of sinks, various fixtures, partitions and seats in changing rooms, restrooms and shower areas. The contractor shall provide all necessary customary architectural or engineering work as needed for permits and to ensure facility conforms to the latest ADA requirements and building codes for public pool facilities.
