Lighting controls and upgrades in two court rooms located at the the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, 700 Adams Street, Toledo, Ohio 43604. A signed Bond with seal for the full amount of the Bid, meeting the requirements of section 153.54 to 153.57, Ohio Revised code, OR a certified check payable to the Lucas County Treasurer for ten percent (10%) of the full amount of the bid, must be included with each bid or the bid will be disqualified. Bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders within thirty (30) days of contract award. Lucas County reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids on any basis without disclosure of a reason. The failure to make such a disclosure will not result in the accrual of any right, claim or cause of action by any unsuccessful bidder against Lucas County.
