The Holyoke Housing Authority is seeking qualified General Contractors to provide value engineering and construction services for a modular affordable homeownership development project, South Holyoke Homes Phase 2. The anticipated work items will include value engineering, expertise in modular construction, and all related work on site to install the modular units. The Holyoke Housing Authority in the developer of the South Holyoke Homes and is looking for qualified General Contractors to ensure affordable homeownership units that are not cost prohibitive. It is anticipated a contract will be executed and task orders developed and negotiated for specific responsibilities, roles, tasks and compensation. Please note that the project will follow Safe Harbor standards regarding overhead, profit and general conditions.
