Office Building. 3.2: Inspect the exterior sheathing for deterioration/loose fasteners. Fasten any loose areas of the sheathing using 6D (2") galvanized nails and spaced according to Local Building Code. Note: If any areas of sheathing need to be replaced, submit to the QAE a proposal for the cost of the additional work and await permission from Contracting Office before proceeding with the repair. 3.3: Using best industry standard, wrap the exterior of the structure using Tyvek house wrap, or industry equivalent. 3.4: Using best industry standard, install new vinyl siding and vinyl soffit to the exterior of the structure. 3.4.1: Siding: Traditional wood grain Vinyl lap.
