Headquarters and Training Center 12425 Meridian Avenue South Everett, WA 98208 Work includes renovations of the existing lower floor. Work includes, but is not limited to, upgrades to existing sprinkler systems, remounting of lighting fixtures, removal of existing architectural, plumbing, and electrical elements, and installation of new architectural, plumbing, and electrical elements. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid sum shall accompany each bid. Security shall be made payable to South County Fire either by cashiers check or bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to conduct business in Washington State.
