Brentwood Community Center Upgrade Contractor will power wash the exterior of the building prior to painting, then paint the entire exterior and interior of the community center; Repair the damage wooden structure Replace the entire flooring with LVT with 4 rubber base except for the restroom, kitchen, and storage room Replace kitchen and bathrooms countertops with painted shaker cabinets and laminate tops, and disposal of old countertops. Question Deadline: 09/07/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Total cost of this project will be included within the bid package along with an itemize cost for labor and materials. All labor, materials, equipment and permitting fees in relation to the purpose of this project are to be included within the total cost.
