Per Addendum 2- Bid Date Extended Moore Square Parking Deck-Emergency Call Box System The project consists generally of the following major items: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the installation of the emergency callbox system and related requirements included on drawings, specifications, general conditions and supplementary general conditions. All questions related to this request shall be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 p.m. EST on September 7, 2023 Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided. See the bidders check list to be used in preparing bids with two Sealed Envelopes and the contents in each. A performance bond and a payment bond will be required for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Bonds given shall meet the requirement of the law of the State of North Carolina.
