Renovation of a municipal facility in Whynotts Settlement, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work shall include the following: 1. Removal of existing asphalt shingle roofing, nails, drip edge and vents 2. Contain all materials that are removed 3. Supply and installation of 25 year laminated architectural asphalt shingles, commercial roofing drip edge on all sides, three feet of ice and water shield around bottom of roof, synthetic roof underlay, starter strip recommended by laminated architectural brand manufacturer, replacement of sewer vent flashing and boot, replacement of bathroom vents 4. Removal and reinstallation of two antennas 5. Optional: supply and installation of additional roof vents 6. Clean up and disposal of waste materials on-site
