Reference Number 0000328151 The purpose and intent of this invitation to bid is to select suppliers to provide various paint products (tinting/matching of existing colors), sundry type items, and related equipment, district wide, securing firm, net, unit pricing and percentage (%) discounts, for the contract period as specified herein. Purchases can be made using a District Purchase Order or District Visa Card and can be ordered for delivery or pick up onsite from a vendor's location during regular business hours. The pricing provided is to be all inclusive of shipping/delivery and the same discounts shall apply for all methods of procurement. (Purchase Order, Visa Cards, Delivery/Shipping, Onsite pickup). Vendor(s) must be able to provide computerized tinting/matching capabilities to reproduce existing colors currently painted at district schools, departments, and buildings, both interior and exterior walls, doors, etc. This is an important criteria to be used in the selection process and may be a crucial factor in determining an award.
