Personal Services for Administrative Main Fire Station Hoodland Fire District #74 ("HFD") is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced firms or individuals ("Proposer" or "Consultant") interested in the provision of Construction Project Management Services/Owners Representative ("Project Manager") interested in providing capital project management and related services for a proposed administrative main fire station pursuant to the described scope of work ("Services") hereunder. The project will be allocated into three phases: Phase I - Preliminary Design, Phase II - Design Development and Bidding Services, and Phase III - Construction Services. Moving forward with Phase II and Phase III will be determined based on agreement with Clackamas County and funding sources available at the end of the preliminary design work.Primary components of Phase I - Preliminary Design include: Development of elevations, schematic drawings, architectural renderings, and presentation drawings for a new Administrative Fire Station. It is imperative that those who download the solicitation documents check the website regularly for addenda, clarifications, and other notifications that may be pertinent, In addition, all Proposer or Consultants known by the Hoodland Fire District to have received a complete set of the Proposal Documents will receive e-mail notification when additional items are posted to the website. If a Proposer downloads the Proposal Documents, they should call the Fire District Office at (503) 622-3256 to be added to the Interested Proposer or Consultant's list. Late proposals will not be accepted) The outside of the envelope shall plainly identify the Project: "Construction Project Management Services" along with the name and address of the Proposer or Consultant. Faxed or electronic (e-mail) responses will not be accepted. Proposals received after the designated closing date and time will not be opened or reviewed. The District may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed solicitation procedures and requirements and other applicable law, and may reject any or all proposals in whole or in part when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the District, and at no cost to the District. The Proposer or Consultant is solely responsible for ensuring that HFD receives its Proposal. No Public Opening will occur. Proposals will be prepared for evaluation. The number of Proposals received, the identity of Proposer or Consultants, or the contents of any Proposal will not be disclosed to the public until all Proposals have been evaluated, negotiations completed if required, and a recommendation for Award has been published.
