Glen Helen Island Tower Building Demo & Amenity Installation Project Description: Demolish the existing Island Tower and replace with new (nature) themed playground. Contractor shall forfeit and pay to the County the sum of $1200.00 per day for each calendar day the work remains incomplete, to be deducted from any payments dueor to become due to the Contractor. The undersigned agrees that the County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and reserves the right to waive informalities in a bid or bids, not affected by law, if to do so seems to best serve the public interest. All technical questions are to be submitted to the Project Manager in writing via email at Robert.Burton@pfm.sbcounty.gov. The subject line of the email should include the project number, as found in the bid documents, along with the project name and RFI. All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. No RFIs will be accepted after RFI deadline.
