The City of Sarasota is requesting Bids to provide Dumpster Services on an as needed basis. The City of Sarasota Wastewater Facility is seeking Dumpster Services on an as-needed basis. The Dumpster Services shall include all services necessary to pick up and haul away the trash with said dumpsters, within twenty-four (24) hours of notification by the Plant Supervisor. "Trash" is classified as construction and demolition materials. Contractor shall be responsible for the initial placement of the dumpsters, as directed by the Plant Supervisor; at the Wastewater Treatment Plant or Water Treatment Plant of the City, address/ location: 1750 12th Street, Sarasota, FL 34236. Contractor shall supply, for the City Wastewater Facility or the Water Treatment Facility, a total of four (4) roll-off dumpsters on site at all times, two (2) of which shall be ten (10) cubic yards in size with the remaining two (2) being fifteen (15) cubic yards in size. Contractor shall supply additional roll-off dumpsters, as needed. The City of Sarasota retains the right and at its discretion, at any time, to add or delete from the sites/locations to be serviced during the life of this contract. Landfill fees will be added to each individual invoice for the corresponding load. Landfill fees will be a pass through of cost, without markup. All costs associated with the rental and hauling of containers, inclusive of overhead/ profit/ travel/ miscellaneous expense, etc; shall be included in the unit price(s) shown on the Bid Form. There is no assurance of any minimum amount of Dumpster Services to be provided by the Contractor. Contractor shall provide all Dumpster Services in strict conformance with the Scope of Services. Contractor covenants to strictly comply with all Terms and Conditions, as found within this solicitation document. Failure to meet these requirements may give consideration for termination of contracted services
