Westbrook Public Utilities - Westbrook, MN Water System Improvements 0S1.12725 1. Construction of a new water treatment facility building with 140 gpm aluminum package gravity filtration system, reverse osmosis treatment system, and associated chemical feed and controls and instrumentation systems. 2. Construction of approximately 3,560 LF of 4-inch raw water transmission line from Well No. 2, Well No. 3, and Well No. 6 to the new water treatment facility. 3. Construction of approximately 65 LF of 6-inch distribution line from the new water treatment facility to 11th St. 4. Demolition of existing water treatment facility. Plans and Specifications will be uploaded to electronically by end of day August 21, 2023.
