Deadline for Questions/ Protests: Friday, August 25, 2023, at 12:00 pm. All questions should be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent at purchasingagent@cityofbethel.net The Project includes excavation of frost susceptible soils, replacement of those soils with appropriate fill material including geotextile and insulation as described in the project drawings, and installation of the passive refrigeration system with assembly support from Arctic Foundations, Inc. Local Bids will receive a five percent (5%) preference in determining the lowest responsible and responsive bid. The City of Bethel reserves the right to reject any or all bids without cause.
