B. Location: Cresson Municipal Utility District No. 1 is located at the intersection of Old Granbury Road and US 377 in Cresson, Texas. 1.07 CONTRACT TIME A. Contractor is to identify the Contract Time to complete the work on the Bid Form. The completion date in the Agreement shall be the Contract Time added to the commencement date. The Contract Time shall be provided in Calendar Days. B. Owner requires that the work under this contract be completed as quickly as possible and consideration will be given to time of completion when reviewing the submitted bids and awarding the Contract.
