Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.

This project includes renovation of the existing chiller plant building and addition of a parallel section. Parking Lot renovation, TES tank, new chiller equipment, concrete & Tilt-Up panels, pre-cast concrete hollow core planks, steel framing, roofing, framing & drywall, and finishes. Minority Businesses are encouraged to bid. Construction is scheduled to start the Fourth Quarter of 2023. The following items are qualifying criteria. - Proposals price hold for 180 calendar days post bids due date. - Proposals exceeding $250,000 must include a 5% bid bond & a separate line-item cost for P&P Bond. - E-Verify memorandum. - Collier County Government Badging will be required for all trades on site. There is a $50 FieldPrint cost per badge, screening guide is provided with project Manual. - M.E.P, Storage Tank & Underground Utilities trades are required to provide references for at least 3 projects of similar nature done in the last 5 years with their proposal. References form will be provided with project’s bid documents. - Each bidder shall provide Trade Package Specific qualification criteria as listed in each individual Trade Package. - Fill out the Building Connected bid form. - BIM coordination & participation is required for MEP & Underground Utilities Trades. - Acknowledging plans and specs date on proposal. - Acknowledging all addenda / RFIs on proposal. - Late bids will be disqualified.
