Renovation of a military facility in Portsmouth, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment as required to repair Cybex hallway roof and install gutters on both hallway roof and adjacent Cybex room roof located at USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd., Portsmouth, VA 23703 per the of work. OF WORK: see map for overhead view Cybex hallway roof: Install high temp ice and water shield over entire roof area.120 sq ft. Fabricate add install drip edge to be installed before panels at eave. Fabricate and Install .032 Aluminum snap lock panels over entire roof area. (Color to be chosen before ordering) Fabricate and install Z-bar and ridge cap at top of roof panels. Fabricate and install counter flashing for two sides of roof. Fabricate and install 15 LF of 6" commercial box gutter on both sides of Cybex hallway roof . Fabricate and install 1 downspout for each side of roof. (2 total) Ensure trash and material is cleaned up and disposed of properly off-. 12-month workmanship warranty will be in effect upon completion. 20-year finish warranty will be provided upon completion. Cybex roof gutters: Fabricate and install 100 LF of 6" commercial box gutter on CYBEX roof. Install all associated end caps, expansion joints, sealants and downspouts. 2 downspouts per side. 12-month workmanship warranty will be in effect upon completion.
